Challenge-based learning is one of my favorite ways to engage students in the real world. Leaders can support that by either connecting classrooms with authentic audiences or by helping students respond to real campus needs. The Challenge for Change Learning Series and App Design Showcase are two terrific resources educators and leaders can use to increase opportunities for real-world engagement and foster shared leadership.
