Hey Everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone else gives a certificate to the teachers that have completed the coaching cycle? It might be nice for the teachers to have a certificate that can add to their professional portfolio.

YES! I encourage teachers to put it outside of their classroom for bragging rights, as well as in their evaluation artifacts. Any little bit of encouragement I can give my staff to embrace learning is a win - especially when certificates can be free!

I had never thought of giving teachers a certificate for going through a coaching cycle, but it sounds like a great idea.
I typically give them a shout-out/spotlight in our instructional technology update email. Some of my colleagues give their teachers a spotlight on the potty PD as well.
