Tech Tool Search for Music/Choir

Hello coaches!

I am posting this discussion post in hope to receive comments/suggestions of tech tools that can be used in middle school choir, band, & orchestra classes.

If I were to get specific on what kind of tool, I’d love anything that helps students journal/track their practice, but also their progress + growth (they work with the same teachers throughout their time in MS/HS). *Not looking for something that just tracks minutes* Even if there are basic tools that can be turned into some type of progress journal!

Hi @tonis,

Would you be open to using Pages or Keynote to create a portfolio for learners? They can use the camera to record themselves and reflect on their progress, add photos of practice, and notes with a pencil/stylus or text.

If that sounds appealing, let's connect! I'd be happy to develop a basic template that your students could personalize and make their own. Apple Education has also posted one with supports here.
