Merging account

Hi!

I became an Apple Certified Teacher a few years back while I was working at a different school. I knew that I would not be there for the long haul, so I used my personal email. Now at my current school district, I'm interested in completing the Apple Learning Coach program, but to apply, you have to already be an Apple Certified Teacher. Is there a way I can transfer my certification to my current work email without my work email taking over my personal Apple account?
