I found this amazing resource in the 12 days of creativity book. I then changed it to be a pixel art for multiplication tables. This allows your students to have some free time for creation while also having to practice their math facts!
- When students want to add a color, they have to find solve the math problem in the color they want and then add the answer to the square they want.
- If they get the right answer, then the box changes color
- All instructions for how to use this, how to edit it, and where I got the idea are embedded in the numbers document.
