In this activity, early learners use Keynote to design their own personalized hot chocolate cups with a realistic animation. They can customize their creations by changing the background color. Next, they utilize the wave slide feature to create a jiggle animation that mimics the movement of hot chocolate. Finally, they use copy and paste to place their animated hot chocolate into their designed cups.
- Advanced learners: Start by designing your hot chocolate cup as a blue or green shape, then export that slide as an image. Next, use the animation tool to add a jiggle effect to the hot chocolate and marshmallows. Set the background to "No Fill" and export your animation as a movie.
- Open iMovie and import the movie. Drag the movie to the timeline, then add your hot chocolate cup image above it. Click the three dots and select "Green/Blue Screen" to blend the elements. Add a festive song or sound as audio, then export your final creation and share!
